Installation and care

Images, layouts and coverage

Vehicle photographs and 3D previews illustrate the design. The product's 2D flat layout, description and selected model/year define the decal pieces and coverage. Kits are not necessarily full wraps: some original surfaces and edges remain visible, and one panel may use several pieces. Review the layout and contact us before ordering if coverage is unclear. These explanations do not excuse a material mismatch with the agreed product description.

Compatibility

Select the correct make, model, version and year and tell us about aftermarket or modified plastics. Different versions, replacement fairings and parts from other years can have different shapes. A kit correctly made for the ordered specification is not defective solely because the vehicle differs from that specification. We remain responsible for an incorrect template where the correct information was supplied and the agreed fit is not achieved.

Installation and care

Unless product-specific instructions say otherwise, apply graphics dry to a clean, dry, properly degreased compatible surface. Check the pieces and positioning before final application and follow the supplied instructions for preparation, temperature, heating and care. Contact us if uncertain. Damage actually caused by incorrect self-installation or an independent installer is not our manufacturing defect. Defects in the goods, deficient instructions or installation for which we are legally responsible remain covered.

Printed using professional equipment on the selected film and laminate. Appearance depends on the chosen materials, light and viewing angle.

The multilayer graphics system is approximately 530 microns thick where specified for the selected configuration. Actual wear depends on the surface, preparation, installation and use.

The graphics kit is precision-cut specifically for the CFMOTO 450MT 2024–2026.

Personalization and color adjustments are available upon request.

Please note that the graphics kit is designed to fit the original body panels and is not a full wrap. Some original plastic edges and surfaces may remain visible.

Depending on the CFMOTO 450MT model year and body panel configuration, additional parts may also be included in the graphics kit.

Before production begins, you will receive a final 2D layout preview showing all decal parts that will be produced specifically for your motorcycle.

Please note: motorcycle mockups and 3D visuals are for illustration purposes only. The final 2D layout defines the exact contents of the graphics kit.

Decal Production & Material Properties

We use premium professional-grade APA / MBK materials. These films are specifically engineered for demanding applications such as motocross, enduro and adventure motorcycles.

The complete graphics system is approximately 530 microns thick, depending on the selected base material and finish. A transparent pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive provides strong bonding even on difficult motorcycle plastic surfaces.

The materials are extremely durable, flexible and designed for long-term use in demanding riding conditions.

Graphics are printed using an Epson SureColor S80610 10-color eco-solvent printing system with white ink.

Surface preparation:

Before application:

  • The surface must be dry and completely clean – free from dust, dirt, grease, wax or other contaminants.
  • It is highly recommended to clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol (IPA).
  • When applying to curved or complex surfaces, a heat gun is recommended to help the film conform better.
  • Apply decals using the dry application method only.
