Materials and printing

We use premium professional-grade materials from established manufacturers in the USA and Italy, including SUBSTANCE and APA / MBK. The ultra-durable graphics system is approximately 530 microns thick, combining flexibility, adhesion and protection for adventure riding.

Printing uses an Epson SureColor S80610 with 10-colour eco-solvent printing including white ink, for vivid colours and detailed graphics.

Surface preparation

Apply to a clean, dry surface free from dust, dirt and grease. Clean with isopropyl alcohol (IPA). A heat gun can help the film conform to curved or complex surfaces.
